Instructions:
Input string for SugarSk
Oligosaccharide chain must be expresed as in the condenced form of IUPAC recomendations. The difference is in usage of "a" and "b" symbols instead of "a" and "b".
Example:
Neu5Ac(b2-3)Gal(b1-4b)[Fuc(a1-3)]GlcNAc
The program will search in the DataBase for the structures of predefined monosaccharides with substituents. Whether you wish to define other substituents or the DataBase does not contain predefined structures, you can force the program to build the structure from bare monosaccharide and radicals defined in DataBase. In this case, substituents must be separated with "/" symbol. The location of the first substituent may be omited, it will be placed in the default location (usualy to anomeric center).
Examples:
Neu5Ac(b2-3)Gal(b1-4b)[Fuc(a1-3)]Glc/2NAc
or Neu5Ac(b2-3)Gal(b1-4b)[Fuc(a1-3)]Glc/NAc
